Actor Brian Baumgartner of “The Office” fame has sold his home in the historic Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles for $2.475 million.
The Traditional-style home, built in the 1940s and since updated, came up for sale in May for $2.987 million and was more recently listed at $2.499 million, records show. Baumgarten bought the place nearly a decade ago for $1.91 million.
The 3,070 square feet of interiors include a step-down living room with a marble fireplace, a family room, a den/office, four bedrooms and 3.75 bathrooms. Textured patterns and painted wainscoting create visual interest in the formal dining room, and a French country-inspired kitchen has doors that extend the living space outdoors.
Mature trees top a pavered patio with a built-in barbecue and wet bar. Elsewhere, steps lead up the hillside to a sitting area and a swimming pool.
Anthony Stellini and Sherri Rogers of Nourmand & Assoc., Beverly Hills, hold the listing. Jonah Wilson of Hilton & Hyland, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, represented the buyer.
Baumgartner is known for his role as Kevin on the long-running NBC comedy series “The Office.” He won a Daytime Emmy in 2007 for the companion webisodes “The Office: Accountants.”
This year, the 44-year-old actor appeared on the TV series “The Goldbergs,” “Scream Queens” and “Chicago Fire.”
